SOLD!!!!!!!!!

Woot woot. What sucks is I had multiple offers on this one. I hate having to let someone down! I was diplomatic about it, though. I sold it to the person who made the first offer.

I never did go back and work the light effect in with yellow and white paint. The buyer loves it as is, so.... I must call this piece FINISHED now.

I added some more pink in strategic places...

Ah, a side note: the bright area at the top is not paint work; it's the lamp shining on the painting. Perhaps I should find a way to work that into the piece using paint? I do love the contrast it creates.

Hmmm. I actually sat down to paint gesso all over this canvas so I could start from scratch, but something made me reach for the Prussian Blue tube instead... I obviously haven't worked on this piece in forever, so this is mildly refreshing. I'm also kind of scared...
