Signing My Work...

So, I have decided to start signing my work. Take a look at the TLD in the bottom, right-hand corner of this piece (which I am going to have framed next week with a dijon yellow matte; it really makes the painting pop!) in dioxanine purple. I think it just might work...

Historically, I have been against signing the front of my paintings because of the intrusiveness of signatures and symbols, etc. I have been willing to sign drawings or watercolors or acrylic with white space done on paper, since adding a signature to those is as easy as signing with a pen. I haven't found those to be problematic.
