I'm rather pleased with myself...
I'm in love with the panel that I have started painting on. The brush moves so much easier on this than on canvas. I may start painting all of my paintings on this material?
This painting was layers of pastel colors, which I'd been wanting to do ever since driving to KC a few weeks back. It's winter in Kansas, so I-70 was looking particularly pretty when the sunset. This is my interpretation of that moment...
Dimensions: 11 x 14 inches on primed panel.
